Monday - Saturday: 9:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tour Operators
Planning a bus trip or group tour? With over 175 stores and services White Oaks Mall offers the best names in fashions, giftware, footwear, accessories and services, all on one level. Conveniently located between Detroit and Toronto (just off the 401).
The White Oaks Mall Information Booth is conveniently located close to the South entrance across from The Body Shop. Our personable staff will be pleased to assist you with any inquiries you may have during your visit.
Gift Cards
The White Oaks Mall Gift Card makes it easy to pick the perfect gift at the perfect amount. Now available at the Information Booth in any denomination from $5 to $500. Payment accepted by Interac, Visa, MasterCard or Cash.

Complimentary Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are provided at the Information Booth. A $20 deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the chair to the Information Booth. Accessible Change Room is located beside The Body Shop.
Complimentary Strollers
Strollers are available in the Gourmet Garden (food court). A $5 deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of the stroller to the Gourmet Garden. (Map location K4.)
Lockers
Lockers are available in the hallway between Sunrise and Lindor, as well as in the hallway across from Bell World.
Nursing Station
The nursing station (for nursing mothers) is located in the hallway across from Bell World. The new washrooms (across from Fairweather and beside The Body Shop) also have a station set up for nursing moms.
Foreign Currency Exchange
The Thomas Cook Foreign Exchange is located within Marlin Travel near the South Entrance.
Banks & ATM Locations
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and the Royal Bank of Canada are located at the Wellington Road entrance. (Map location 149/150). Both banks are full service and have Automatic Teller Machines available. The Bank of Montreal (ATM only) is located in the food court.
