Curbside Pickup continues to be available for all retailers. The program features two pickup locations in the White Oaks Mall parking lot: one at the South Entrance and one at the Bradley Entrance. This service is designed to help all our retailers create a safe and efficient shopping experience for their customers while adhering to government restrictions. The participation of the Curbside Pickup program is available to all White Oaks Mall tenants at no cost.
At-Mall Pickup works similar to Curbside Pickup, except that customers are permitted to enter the mall to pick up their purchases. When a customer arrives at the entrance security reception area, they will be instructed to contact the appropriate store and will wait at the mall entrance for delivery by a store employee. The store determines the hours of operation within the regular operating hours.
- Purchases must be pre-arranged and paid for online or over the phone.
- No “shopping” at the store or loitering in the mall will be permitted.
IN-STORE SHOPPING (ESSENTIAL STORES ONLY)
Stores that are considered essential may remain open for in-store shopping. You must determine if your store is permitted under the recently announced Provincial guidelines. Your store/service may be essential if it falls into one of the categories listed and permitted in the guidelines.
TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY FOR FOOD VENDORS
Currently, indoor dining within the common area of mall is not permitted under our current RED restrictions. Food vendors at White Oaks Mall can offer takeout and delivery options. Under further restrictions, food vendors may be still allowed to operate in this manner. The White Oaks Mall website and social platforms will advertise these services.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Retailers are asked to fill out the form below to ensure that security and advertising is correct. White Oaks Mall Management will confirm specifics for each store with the store manager (or authorized store representative).
